Edna Morris is a highly respected corporate leader with over 40 years of executive and board experience. She is the current Chair of the Board for Tractor Supply Company (TSCO), a public company where she has served as a director since 2004. Her governance expertise runs deep, having chaired the Compensation and Human Capital Management Committee at TSCO for 17 years. She is also an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and Women’s Corporate Directors (WCD).
Previously, Edna served on 2 public Boards, chairing Compensation, Nominating/Governance and CEO search committees. She has served on 4 private Boards and as a Trustee for the Culinary Institute of America. She also served 6 years as a Senior Advisor to the restaurant practice of Solomon Partners, an investment advisory firm.
Her board work is informed by extensive operational leadership. Edna is the CEO and founder of Range Restaurant Group and a former President of Red Lobster and the James Beard Foundation. She also served as a Managing Director at a private equity firm for a decade and began her career with 15 years in Human Resources and Corporate Communications. Her contributions have earned her numerous honors, including being named one of the "Most Influential Corporate Directors."
