Executive Leadership Experience

Paul Curtis is CTO with Blue Grid Group. He’s a visionary technology executive known for building and leading high-performing, disruptive teams. His unusual mix of experiences—from serial startup founder to Fortune 500 advisor—has forged a leader with a unique perspective. After an early career in R&D at General Motors, he co-founded the startup EIT Solutions, Inc., serving as CEO and leading it to a successful acquisition.
As CTO for Times and Titles, he further proved his ability as a "fixer," helming a complete technological turnaround of a telecom service provider and legacy business model. At scale, Paul has guided global practices at firms like Wipro, Thoughtworks, Computer Sciences Corporation and Duke Energy.

It is Paul’s rare combination of a builder's creativity, a fixer's pragmatism, and a people-first philosophy that makes him an effective leader and has earned him accolades for “fearless leadership” and “innovative product vision.” He is an expert in groundbreaking innovation, building "Unicorn Teams," and digital transformation strategy. Widely considered by his peers to be an elite technology leader, he is known for delivering tangible wins while guiding teams toward long-term, transformative change.
