Tyena is an organizational change master and global learning leader with a proven track record of driving lasting, positive transformative change across complex, international environments. She’s a certified Prosci Change Practitioner & Level II Prosci Trainer, as well as a Positive Psychology Practitioner who brings a deep expertise in change strategy, learning innovation, and stakeholder engagement. Tyena has led enterprise-wide initiatives that strategically align people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable, positive outcomes that drive adoption and foster intrinsic motivation. She has successfully established global change management and learning functions, designed and implemented digital-first learning strategies, and partnered with executive leaders to embed change resilience and continuous improvement into the fabric of organizations. In doing so, she often leverages AI to personalize learning, optimize change alignment, and enhance positive engagement.


With over two decades of experience spanning public and private sectors globally, Tyena is known for her strategic foresight, collaborative leadership, and passion for fostering cultures of curiosity and
growth.  She has designed and launched global mentoring programs, built immersive learning ecosystems, and mentor’s consultants in change management best practices and instructional design. Her work reflects an unyielding commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and empowering individuals and teams to thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments.
